I was charged a mandatory $20 tip prior to service. My massage started at 2:45pm and she kept stepping out of the room to answer the phone and to check customers in. She finished my massage at 3:41pm. When I told her that my massage was not a full hr massage, she stated that the time started as soon as I walked into the room. Never going here again & I also let her know that I won’t be returning.
I went to the massage spa and it was awesome. The lady that did mine was so awesome and I highly and greatly appreciated it... Thank you king spa for having such a wonderful staff.... I highly recommend goin to this massage and spa these lady's know wat they are doin and I had no problem with communication barriers.... I got the full 90 minutes and most definitely not rushed at all.... Go and enjoy urself....
