I understand that a lot of pharmacies get blasted, even for things outside of their control. I shopped around for a prescription that I needed ordered, and came upon this particular king soopers. I spoke with the (actual) pharmacist to see if they had what I needed in stock. She said they didn’t, but she’d order it for me. This pharmacy hasn't been bad up until this week with 2 incidences of lack of initiative and communication. I had scripts sent in for a nebulizer machine and another med. The nebulizer had a "filled by" date of Saturday. I checked my portal and all of a sudden it's gone without explanation. I called them and the woman said, "Oh we don't fill scripts for the machines here. You have to get it from another company?" How am I supposed to know that? When were they going to call and tell me? This pharmacy is an absolute joke. Since they opened I have tried multiple times to have prescriptions filled here as it is 5 minutes away. I have yet to get any of my prescriptions filled here. They always have an excuse yet the pharmacy on Constitution, 20 minutes from me, will fill the same prescription without any issues. They also refuse to give the name of the regional manager or director to provide feedback. Absolutely the WORST!
