After experiencing less than stellar service in the past few months, we're finally giving up on this pharmacy. 4 days ago our pediatrician called a prescription refill in the before 11am. Hours later (after 3pm) stopping by to pick it up, we're told it's not filled yet. Tonight we checked again to be told it still wasn't filled. Really? After 4 days it's not ready? Ridiculous.
The wait time is ridiculous anymore. They are so understaffed they cannot get prescriptions filled in a decent time and then actually getting them picked up takes far too long.
