Can not overstate how impressed I was with Lucy this morning. I had to confirm prescription refills, called the and the automated phone system couldn't see them, hit the 0 to talk to a person and got Lucy. I began with my name and DOB in the first 5 seconds and by the time I mentioned the situation, she had them up and confirmed. We're talking less than 20 seconds. Wow!

I had an extremely frustrating experience with this pharmacy that involved both the Promenade Parkway and Ridge Road locations. What should have been a simple prescription pickup turned into a nightmare of miscommunication and poor customer service. Joe,one of the pharmacists is wonderful as are all the folks at this pharmacy. I’ve been with them for years,they’re friendly & care. My service dog Tahoe loves to visit. Like any pharmacy they get busy so folks on here who Complain need to calm down! These folks work hard! Steph
