Have been using this group for several years now handling complex medication regimes for other family members and in filling standard prescriptions and vaccines in general. The group is always helpful and they are good at resolving things when the Rx information isn't correct. Thumbs way up!
Can not overstate how impressed I was with Lucy this morning. I had to confirm prescription refills, called the and the automated phone system couldn't see them, hit the 0 to talk to a person and got Lucy. I began with my name and DOB in the first 5 seconds and by the time I mentioned the situation, she had them up and confirmed. We're talking less than 20 seconds. Wow!
