10/2/2024 In this past year, King Soopers is my preferred choice for my pharmaceutical needs. I am updating my opinion in regards to, this pharmacy has improved customer service. The customer service associates are professional, courteous, and empathetic. The pharmacist has a mindful approach.She did ask if I have questions pertaining to my medication. Though if a customer requires more time to understand, a consultation section would be appreciated.
Had used this pharmacy on and off for at least 20 years. Over the past several years the quality of care has gone down hill. Pharmacy techs and pharmacists getting in power struggles to the point of lying about medication being out of stock. I am on two medications I need to take on a daily basis. The last two times I tried to fill I dealt with a very unpleasant, rude woman named Sheila. Idk what is going on in her life that she feels the need to treat people the way she does. I would give 0 stars if I could. Sheila the pharmacist is horrible and a disgusting woman. Refusing to bill someone’s insurance and then just continually saying it’s “fraud” without explaining and then telling me what I’m allowed to say in a public space is absolutely ridiculous. She should be fired. Don’t work in pharmacy if you’re going to refuse to help people.
