Yesterday 10/16/25 around 10:30 am I went to the drive thru and had the worst experience with the pharmacist at the drive thru. She was immediately so rude and dismissive, obviously trying to get me to leave as quickly as possible. I asked why my prescription is $400 and that I normally pay $128 and at first she tried to tell me that it was because of insurance without looking at the computer. I called around 12:25, and was immediately put on hold. I remained on hold for over 30 minutes so I went to the store, still on hold. I get there and they are closed for the lunch break that didn't begin until 1p. They just left me on hold and the woman that was there refused to help. This pharmacy has been horrible for years, but to put someone on hold until they hang up is another level of horrible service.
