This was one of the most disrespectful experiences I have ever had at a pharmacy. I came in attempting to refill a controlled medication that I have been responsibly prescribed and taking for over 10 years. Everyone who works at this pharmacy is so nice except for the man with long grey hair. He has never been kind and ALWAYS has an attitude. He is always rude and talks to me like I am dumb and it’s very annoying!! I’ve never had an issue with anyone else at this entire King Soopers besides him.
Don’t buy your produce through online pick ups here. They are so lousy at selecting your vegetable and fruits. My wife bought 5 avocados 2 days ago and we had to throw away 4 of them. Waste of money. And no we do not set our avocados by our other produce. They set in a bowl on a separate counter by themselves.
Always closed. I go on my lunch break to pick up my prescription and pharmacy is closed. I go after I get off work and closed again.
They are always out of medication and seem to discriminate against you based on the medication you take and question legitimate prescriptions. They never notate information such as insurance information and you have to remind them of what you already told them innumerable times. Sometimes they are quick and easy to deal with and others you find yourself spending countless minutes calling between the pharmacy and your doctor trying to get mistakes and information sorted out.
