I had a very disappointing experience at this pharmacy. I came to pick up post operative medications, which were very important for recovery after surgery. There were supposed to be two medications, but the pharmacy staff only gave me one. I understand mistakes can happen, but this was not a small detail. The employees for the floral and customer service desk as well as the managers are more than helpful, offering to do so much extra for me over the phone. I called from Chicago to get my wife some flowers and candies unable to order through the app for pickup, they made sure I knew what items I had to choose from a long with even figuring prices for each individually. Terrible service, my prescription is still not ready two days later and I keep calling and they keep putting me on hold saying there’s three people ahead of you. There’s four people ahead of you. There’s three people ahead of you. You could never get in contact with them. They’re Terrible. Is it over there?
