The employees for the floral and customer service desk as well as the managers are more than helpful, offering to do so much extra for me over the phone. I called from Chicago to get my wife some flowers and candies unable to order through the app for pickup, they made sure I knew what items I had to choose from a long with even figuring prices for each individually. Terrible service, my prescription is still not ready two days later and I keep calling and they keep putting me on hold saying there’s three people ahead of you. There’s four people ahead of you. There’s three people ahead of you. You could never get in contact with them. They’re Terrible. Is it over there?
This place is unbelievable.I came to get my prescriptions after my doctors appointment in the morning. They said it wouldn’t be ready until after 3:00 pm. I went at 6:00 to get them to give them plenty of time. I got home and they had given me a prescription i didn’t order. The one i needed most which is albuterol was not there and they gave me a random one that i take but did not order. Great quality control NOT! I called them but they put me on hold.
