Poor customer experience every time. They deny insurance, even if insurance approves. When they put you on "hold" they hang up on you. Always rude and abrupt. I suppose they are busy, but if they keep this up, that should become less of a problem. There are other pharmacies.
I have always had a good experience with this pharmacy. Most customers seem to arrive very cranky and demand to be seen immediately, but it's a business with numerous moving parts. I feel they handle things well, and I've always had good customer service. It's not the pharmacies fault if a doctor hasn't called in a prescription nor if the insurance has held it up for some reason. I always get notifications when I have prescriptions ready for me to pickup. They usually have quick service and are polite.
Go elsewhere for prescriptions.
When we first moved here about 5 years ago I think they were understaffed for quite awhile, maybe why some of the complaints. Over the past 6 months I have had to go a lot more and they have been excellent.
