Kristen from the Flower Department created our bridal flowers and they were just amazing! They were fresh and exactly what we were looking for. No Bridezilla on our wedding day. Mel has repeatedly denied filling a pain medication, her superior fills it no problem. I’m following protocol. She has lied to me, I filed a complaint and now it’s worse. Grrrrrr My Dr is calling her now. Mel hung up on me this morning, I never raised my voice or cursed which is easy for me to do. I’m filing another formal complaint today. What is wrong with you Mel. I understand she has to protect her license but this has gone too far.
My daughter and myself had the best experience ever in your store at the Deli with a man named Josh. He was the best thing ever in that dept. He was so busy but he stopped and made each of us feel like we weren't taking up his time. He was so polite and helpful it was absolutely the best experience I have ever had in the store. He deserves a raise or at the minimal acknowledgement for a job greatly done with a smile and kindness. Josh really did make me feel like I mattered. Thank you Josh!!!!
I love this store, and how friendly the staff members are and they always greet you when you are shopping. I have never had a bad experience there.
Don't believe their advertising about how convenient it is to go there, they advertise that you can go there up until closing time and be seen that day. I showed up at 6:25pm on a day that they were open until 7:30 Pm and was told to come back tomorrow they had enough patients for the day. I drove 35 miles to get to the clinic and was told come back first thing in the morning. What a helpful staff!
They advertise lower prices yet it is so untrue. The King soopers club sida has doubled in price in a year. It was 79 cents on Wednesday and on Friday the same week it was 99 cents. With a yellow sign saying lower price. What a joke they are ripping off customers right and left Ivory liquid is 4.49 at KS and 2.49 stvwalmart same product etc. Also the place might be high volume because of the location but it is dirty and the meat and deli department might wear gloves for show but the guy wiped his face and them touched the me... read more
I shopped here for 26 years when I lived in the springs....it was my #1 store... I moved to Indiana and for Christmas I called them to have a fruit basket delivered to my parents....the price was reasonable so I was concerned it would be very bland....I was so wrong! They made a beautiful basket that was tailored made and included chocolate covered cherries which the kids have always bought my father every year (our own little tradition). I just called to ask about king cake an was transferred to a manager an he hung up on me it would have been fine if he said im not sure but that's not how to manage the biggest grocery store in town
