Mihwa and Tom did a great job working with me to get my difficult-to-fill prescription handled (supply chain issues). Tom helped me figure out exactly what to get the doctor to send through to ensure maximum flexibility moving forward, and Mihwa found a location along my driving route that had it in stock and stayed on the phone with them until they pulled it for me to ensure it would be waiting when I arrived.
Have had mixed experiences here. Sometimes the staff is friendly and helpful. Sometimes they close early and will ignore customers during their listed open hours.
We recently switched over to here from Walgreens and our experience so far has been amazing! Very helpful staff and thorough as well as quick with medication turn around for pickup! I am so happy they take Tricare now so we don’t have to deal with the horrible, unhelpful experiences with staff at Walgreens!
