I went grocery shopping today and decided to swing by and pick up my husband’s prescription; he has ADHD and has been taking adderall for a few years. We usually get our medication from CVS, but they’ve been out of it for a few months. The pharmacist refused to fill his prescription because she insisted he should have two days of his medication left (today & tomorrow) which honestly shouldn’t matter if I pick up one whopping day early, I’m already at the store grocery shopping and have two kids. They told me I was one day too late to pick up my prescription and that if I submitted another pregnancy test and called my provider to have them answer the pledge questions again, that I could come back and pick up the medication. I did so, but when I came back to pick it up, they told me they gave the medication to another patient and that they were out of it and had to order it.
