Called to pharmacy, was put on hold, but then a couple of minutes later, phone rang for awhile, then got busy signal . Everytime I go in there is a armed guard looking at his phone, and an employee smoking at the picnics table out front.
Unfortunately, I had to switch pharmacist to this location. I have been going here for a few months now and it seems like every encounter that I have with filling a prescription. It’s something that they need or they give me the runaround. It’s completely unprofessional. Cathy is extremely rude especially to patients already dealing with enough. Dont recommend going here I will be switching back pharmacies and will make the commute.
The staff is very rude here ive been going here because it's the most convenient and I live very close by. I've been going here for several years and the staff are very unfriendly here they treat you as if your try to pull one over on them all the time. God forbid someone make a mistake. They don't like doing there jobs for example they act rude if you call for any information about your prescriptions, or if you want to fill your prescriptions same day it's such a hassle. Manager didn't even know how to unlock nicorette case and she's been here since May. Lol forget the button that calls a person to come unlock it. What a joke
