They will constantly put you on hold for several mins… until you think someone picks up, but nope! They just transferred your call elsewhere in the store. I told upper management (I believe her name was Diane), about this issue- as they received my refill request this morning & it is in stock, but they will not pick up the phone for me w/o transferring me to a different dept. I’ve spent 30+ mins this afternoon just trying to contact the pharmacy bc I need my meds today?!! The day I always refill.

This is by far the best pharmacy in town. I switched to them from Walgreens about a year ago and it was the best decision that I have made in terms of pharmacies. The manager Brian is genuinely a good man, who will always go above and beyond to make sure that you not only have exactly what you need, but are also properly informed and educated on all of your pharmaceutical needs every single time and without fail, and you can expect the same from the entire staff too.
