All of a sudden, the pharmacy has become ruthless about not talking to you on the phone when you call in to request information about your refills! I've tried several times and I keep getting this long instructional message that's almost impossible to follow along with or do! This is the opposite of customer service, and it's very discouraging. I would not recommend them at this point though I've always found them very good to deal with in the past. Maybe a call to corporate would go a long way to restoring better service.
