Went over to ask a recommendation from the pharmacist. Was told he would be out shortly was finishing up. After 10 mine he came out, Looked at a display, wiped some dust off the wall and then went back in. Never offered to help or asked if I needed anything even after making eye contact with me
Judy constantly acts like she can't hear me and forces me to say or ask the same things multiple times on the phone and in person even when the other employees can clearly hear me from much further away. She puts me on hold for 10 minutes or more for something that only takes a few seconds, which the other employees never do. The young guy who works there has apologized for her behavior multiple times. None of the other employees here or at other pharmacies in town have ever behaved like this.
I only fill one medication here that my regular pharmacy can't get. Every single time I go here the staff is absolutely wonderful, helpfully and caring.
