Staff is friendly but something is wrong here..always takes forever even when the line is short and when I call it's 50/50 to get a real person or being on hold so long the system hangs up on you..

Really disappointed with their pharmacy. I renewed my prescription over the phone/automated system and was assured my prescription will be ready the same day after 2 pm. I went to pick up the prescription the next day and it wasn't ready. I would have needed to wait another 20 mins for the prescription to be prepared. Usually I wouldn't mind but I had my dog waiting in the car which is something I rarely do. I did return to the car to spend time with my dog for 20 mins and then picked up my prescription. Worst pharmacy experience. My prescription was called in at 9am. After waiting almost an hour, after 5pm I was told it hadn't been filled. Then I was told they couldn't fill it because what they had was expired and they would order a new one that was expected to arrive next day. After 4 trips and a week later, plus a text message confirming the prescription was ready, not only do they STILL not have it, I am told once again it needs to be ordered. Have down the worst pharmacy I've ever been to. They are rude, slow, and even ignore customers. I will be moving to a different pharmacy. I went through the drive through on a Saturday and even though the hours say they open at 9 I was told that they don't open until 6 now. I said they need to fix the sign and she just hung up on me.
