I recommend that you let your patients know when you are out of a medication so that they have the choice to find it elsewhere rather than sit around all day waiting for nothing.

Very rude on the phone and overly assertive. If you call this pharmacy, look forward to spending on average 20 mins on hold. Also, they do not take Tricare despite not being warned prior upon filling out their online vaccine form and spending significant time waiting in line to be told.
I was grocery shopping on Monday and stopped by the pharmacy to see if my prescription was ready. I talked to a gentleman working the counter. He told me my prescription would be ready after 4:00PM. I said fine. I returned the next day to pick it up. And guess what, they didn't have it! I told Kristina that the gentleman told me it was ready. She then accused me of lying. So un professionals.
