The short, white, male pharmacist that works here is one of the rudest people I've ever encountered. There was an issue with my son's medication and the way it was previously being dispensed due to a legal liability, and he spoke to me with a look like he was appalled and disgusted with me personally. He was belittling. I'm not sure how people think it's okay to speak to another human being like that. There's always way to explain your point of view in a way that is both clear and informative while remaining kind.
Slow, scripts are always late. I'm a prescriber and I tell every single one of my patients it's a minimum of 90 minutes which is actually average for most corporate pharmacies and I used to use them when I had Cigna PPO and they stopped using that insurance. Guess they weren't getting paid enough
The pharmacy team at this King Soopers has gone above and beyond to help us with our medications. Whenever we’ve faced challenges with pricing, they’ve taken the time to search for alternative options and ways to lower the cost. They always notify us when prescriptions are ready and clearly explain how to take each medication. Their support and dedication have made a big difference for us.
They keep closing early and I can't get my meds! I'll have to choose a new pharmacy. It's unfortunate since I've always received great service and its where I buy my groceries.
