It's always nice to see their pharmacy techs , they talk with respect and know what they are doing.
Showed up at 7:57 PM after getting a tooth pulled & even though they close at 8, they were able to fill my prescription unlike Walgreens, which was across the street where I went first and was declined at 7:48 PM
The pharmacy here is the worst I’ve ever been to! Every time I use the drive-thru, it takes an eternity. Today, I arrived at 4:33 PM and have been waiting for 20 minutes with a line of six cars. I called to inquire about the delay, but they were incredibly rude and told me that if I don’t like waiting, I can come inside. It’s not like I’m lazy; my baby is sleeping. And just because someone can’t do their job doesn’t mean I have to wake up my baby! Shame on you King Soopers!!
I received two text messages stating my prescription was ready. One on June 12th the other on Monday, June 16th, at 5pm. Sent a family member to pickup the medication on Tuesday, June 17th .They gave her the incorrect prescription. Despite not feeling well, I went through the drive through to see what the issue was and to pickup the medicine myself.
