I received two text messages stating my prescription was ready. One on June 12th the other on Monday, June 16th, at 5pm. Sent a family member to pickup the medication on Tuesday, June 17th .They gave her the incorrect prescription. Despite not feeling well, I went through the drive through to see what the issue was and to pickup the medicine myself. My prescription was called in one 4 hours ago, but still not ready when I went to pick it up. They asked me “well did you call to expedite it?” Didn’t realize I had to. One of my prescription was ready but the other somehow had 84 ahead of it? They were called in at same time. Will never use this pharmacy again
Didn’t realize I had ran out of a prescription and they made it happen within an hour and a half of closing! Forever grateful for them, their speed, & kindness! Y’all are truly great!!!
