The front desk lady, Melanie, was very rude and had a terrible attitude. She was unprofessional and clearly was not doing her job properly. King Soopers, you need to do better. Almost every time I come here, I experience a bad attitude from your employees. Customer service should be much better than this.i would give 0 star if I could!
Not sure what's with the negative reviews. I have been going to this pharmacy for close to 2 years now and never had problems. Pharmacists and techs are always helpful. Thank you team!
They have been great! I switched from Walgreens and so happy I did!
Had the worst experience today with the Pharmacy. And more specifically with someone named Paula. She had a bad attitude from the moment she picked up the phone. I asked her nicely to re run something through insurance and she wouldn’t. I then had to call my insurance company back and they called and also had to talk to Paula and she was rude to them as well. It’s just not hard to be kind Paula. Give it a shot. I ended up transferring my prescription elsewhere.
They are really nice and try their best to work with you. I love this pharmacy compare to others
