Mel has repeatedly denied filling a pain medication, her superior fills it no problem. I’m following protocol. She has lied to me, I filed a complaint and now it’s worse. Grrrrrr My Dr is calling her now. Mel hung up on me this morning, I never raised my voice or cursed which is easy for me to do. I’m filing another formal complaint today. What is wrong with you Mel. I understand she has to protect her license but this has gone too far.
