Update 3/5/25 Still outstanding!!! King Soopers is lucky to have Shanita and Catherine!! Changed Pharmacy’s three months ago. From Safeway Pharmacy on Peoria & Mississippi, to King Soopers Pharmacy at 1155 Havana St. I did so with much reluctance, considering every person I dealt with at Safeway was helpful and kind. I had no choice but to switch, because the price difference for the exact same meds is obscenely higher at Safeway. (Should be zero stars) My experience is extremely frustrating. I have 3 coverages, every single time no matter how may times I talk to them they continue to only bill 1 and try to overcharge me. If that isn’t bad enough they consistently get prescriptions for me so I will have the refill on time they wait until last minute knowing they have to order it causing me to be without meds. I had a Prior Auth doc called said it’s approved. Go to pharmacy and they argue saying no! Have to have insurance call and tell them how to do t... read more
My insurance wasn’t covering one of my prescriptions. The pharmacist called my insurance company for me and got it resolved! Great customer service and very friendly people! Thank you so much!
