Wow! I am immuno-compromised AND caring for my 90 year old father, who has zero immune system. I did a click list order for 9am, got to your store at 9:30. There were 6 cars ahead of me in line to get a click list space. I timed it. In 45 minutes, three orders were brought out. Two and a half hour wait to have my grocery order brought out to my car! Order pickup was delayed four hours from originally-scheduled pickup time, then having to wait 2.5 hours? I could have done the shopping myself in less than half the time, but because I am a senior with compromised health, I thought I’d give it a try. Never again - first time, last time!
We have shopped at this King Soopers for 24 yrs. it is a great place to shop.
I like the store, especially the cashiers and produce staff. My only issue is with the deli. The food is good but they are always terribly understaffed. T here's always plenty of people behind the counter running about but only 1 serving customers.The wait time is always ridiculous. I really avoid the deli if possible.
Shame on you for not making sure the parking lot has been plowed. I watched a man with prosthetic legs struggle to get into your store today!
I organize a Annual Veterans Day Celebration every year. I came in last Friday; 11/8/19 morning to pick up flowers that I order from your store each year. Well, I beat the floral dept. opening and Dorothy took charge and found the flowers, helped me check out and carried the flowers to my car as well. She saved me so much valuable time that morning. God bless her!
Liz who checked us out today is rude and snarky. We will be shopping elsewhere because of how we were treated. Our money is better spent somewhere else and so is yours.
