Kroger is a five star place just don’t eat from the deli Aaron Dejoie works at. I heard he’s still disgusting.
The rep that answers the phone is very disrespectful. That lady refuse to give me her name and hung up on me.
This has been one of the slowest facilities I’ve ever delivered to. I arrived at 6:30 AM and wasn’t docked until 1:00 PM. It’s now approaching 4:00 PM and I’m still waiting on my paperwork. Definitely something to keep in mind if you’re planning to deliver here.
Overcharged on eye drops. No biggie. Spoiled lobster tail. Things happen. 7am visit, no manger, rude employees. Starting with seafood counter. Then they act like I'm a theif. I got 28.99 for eye drops and 12 for lobster. Had receipt for eye drops. Still rude and arguing that it was on sale. No 22.99 is market price. 28.99 is a mistake. Yet they basically blamed me.
