King Shocks America should be embarrassed to have this level of representation here in Australia. The local owner Michael contacted me to cancel my order, as they could not provide me with a definitive delivery date despite the quoted deliver deadline passing. King Shocks Australia were happy to take a deposit of $3000 in March 2023, and have subsequently failed to refund my deposit, despite Michael confirming that a refund would be processed immediately. Stay well clear of this company!
Quick and professional service that got my car back on the road. They even had parts brought in the same day once they discovered what the issue was. I had 2 other mechanics look at the issue with no success and these guys worked out what the problem was almost immediately.
