CUSTOMER BEWARE I own a Dyson ($500 vacuum cleaner) and needed the switch replaced on the carpet/floor adjuster. King Sewing & Vacuum said that they repair Dyson vacuum’s so we brought it in. When I went to pick it up, he tried to give me someone else vacuum cleaner which is old and all beat up telling me it’s mine. It also had his store sticker on it like the ones he has for sale on the floor....although he tried to scrape off the sticker but couldn’t get it off. They had my Carpet cleaner for 2 weeks and after several failed attempts to contact them by phone I just showed up and they had not even ordered the part it needed. I just took my carpet cleaner and left.
Worst customer service ever. Not only did they lie... Take 7 weeks to fix my vacuum... Lose my vacuum... Now they gave me a completely different model and said it's mine. Unfortunately for them i have proof it isn't.
