A Deaf friend of mine was in the market for a good pre-owned e-bike. Nice that it was easy to navigate the website and see what they had available. I messaged to set up an appointment to test ride one. Rob responded quickly. We came in and Rodrigo helped my friend to understand the differences between the different e-bikes. The service aspect of King Electic Bikes is excellent. They replaced the battery to my electric scooter in less than a week, and it had to be ordered. Now on the flip side, I purchased a used Apollo Scooter from them 2 months prior with a full reassurance that the scooter was in great condition and had plenty of life left. That did not happen. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS FOR BIKE REPAIR! I bought my e-bike in August and was happy with the product and price. (Please note this is my main means of getting to and from work.) After a couple of months my bike started making a grinding noise on the back tire. So I took it in (because i was still under the 3 month warranty) to get it checked and winterized. The service was done quickly but they kept the bike for over 4 weeks negotiating with the manufacturer about what was wrong and what needed to be replaced. There was very li... read more

Bought the scooter from them. Have had it repaired for basic wear and tear since I have had it for almost one year. Convenient to my work. Helpful. Large selection and I would buy from there again.
