Out of all the employees not one of them knows how to answer the phone.. I’ve called for a month or longer and can’t get anyone on the phone! I’d like to know how they expect anyone to make an appointment or even see if they can provide the care that’s needed if nobody is available to answer the phone?!?! If you have any questions about if your insurance is accepted here don’t expect to be able to call and find out.. this is pathetic and I mean that as disrespectful as you can possibly take it, someone there needs to step up... read more
I've seen the same provider 3 separate times he never writes out any antibiotics just says it's viral. Then the next day I'll go to a different place and be told I'm positive for strep or ear infection etc. Place is a frigging joke will not be back
Kings daughters urgent care sucks! I've went in a month ago to get tested for Covid: Negative and also coughing and wheezing so Dr C. Conley did is his mmhhmm yeah thing and neglected to try antibiotics for infection or prescribe me any Albuterol solutions so he prescribed me some cough meds and an Albuterol inhaler that I could not get because my insurance wouldn't over it so I'm self medicating at this point to feel better. This place made me never want to see a doctor/nurse/physician ever again in my life. The receptionist with glasses and blonde hair was so so nice though. The red headed male nurse was nice as well. The guy thay came in to talk to me? No. Im still sick from the interaction. He made me feel very anxious and stupid.
