Concept is great. Execution not so much. Dual bay but most times I’ve been here or drive buy a bay is closed. This is resulting in extremely long wait times. Over two hours, today I’m at an hour and still not the next car in line. The staff are extremely professional and helpful but king’s daughter’s management needs to provide more resources to the blood work drive through. It's a bit of a wait, like 20 min or so, however, once you're in there it's like 5 min and you don't have to get out of the car. It's super convenient. Staff are friendly and efficient
Great idea. Only one bay open tons of cars waiting. It's super slow, only room in the provided area for 4 cars and the rest must fight traffic.
