extremely happy with the service! tyrone showed up To save our behinds quite literally. they were quick efficient And got the job done in a timely manner. very polite. I highly highly recommend!
This week I ended up with hardly any hotwater. Called King rooter right away. Tyrone and Tristin came to investigate. I was in need of a new hotwater tank and had a burst pipe. As this could be a super stressful situation for anyone they resurred me that I would have hot water by end of day. Thats exactly what happened. The guys were super professional, very kind and knew exactly what they were doing. 10/10 would recommend King Rooter to anyone with plumbing issues!! Thanks so much!
I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone who is struggling with plumbing issues. I had a sewer backup and tried to have Mr Rooter come out and help me and they refused my service due to legality reasons with my property management that I rent my land from. They even ignored my phone calls and told my property manager there was no record of me calling when I had called the emergency line and phoned into the office two more times to try and get help. Super happy with the service. I called because my kitchen sink wouldn't drain, timing worked out shockingly well he was at our house in less than an hour! Certainly didn't expect that. Sink had to be angered out which he did, and even shoved a camera all the way down there to verify it was nice and clean. Glad to have a working sink again!
King rooter is definitely the KING. Big shout out to Tyrone for showing up so quickly. I was told by a couple other plumbers won’t mention names that my sanitary line under the slab was completely collapsed and would have to be replaced. Very concerning because basement is finished. Tyrone suggested that we hydro jet first so we could have a better idea of what we were up against. Thank goodness he did the pipe was just plugged not broken now I can sleep tonight 😊.
