These guys are amazing. They were at my mother's place in about 45mins after I called. Had to crawl under a trailer with not much room to work, but he got the job done and explained everything afterwards exactly what the problem was. Very polite and friendly. Highly recommend them

Had a plumbing emergency and called late on a Sunday. They were friendly from the get-go! Tyrone was awesome. He listened to us and made sure to explain everything he was doing. He is easy going and communicative, definitely a good guy to have around during any sort of plumbing emergency.

We called King Rooter when we disc our water service line had ruptured. They responded quickly to assess the situation, provided a clear quote and scheduled the work to be done quickly. Our waterline runs under the driveway, so their trenchless services were essential to try to minimize further property damage. I was in contact with their dispatcher to confirm logistics, but when I had additional questions about the work, I was able to speak multiple times with their, clearly very experienced, lead plumber. We have had King Rooter to our house for various plumbing problems. Today Tristin came to work on our lift station pump that had been running non stop. He diagnosed the problem, fixed it and was done within the hour. The price was fair and he was very professional and friendly. The service is great with this company, we called yesterday and within 24 hours the problem is fixed. Highly recommend them.
