This company wrote me a NSF check for $54 and will not answer phone or text from me. The owner said he would pay it and has dodged my phone call now for weeks. Do NOT trust King Rooter.

Two semi-emergency experiences and both were super-good with these guys! One was a rusted-thru water heater in an attic. They were able to replaced old heater that afternoon and CLEANED UP like they had never been there! Other was a big time stopped up main sewer. Had 3 breaks--one was in the street. They got my part all done and waited for the city to show and finish their part before they left. Very nice, friendly, and some crazy plumbing jokes eased my fret. DO NOT USE! The hot water heater in our food truck froze. In April, Jason said he could replace it and save us a couple hundred dollars. It took him several weeks to get a replacement ordered. The first one he installed, broke our water faucet which he did replace but busted the heater. Weeks later, he got a replacement for that one and installed it. We paid him $329.
