I am very grateful for the excellent service that Dan provided in diagnosing the problem with French Drain systems on my property. I’m not one to write anything under a 5-star review, but my experience with King Rooter was pretty terrible. I will list the pros and cons of my experience with them. I honestly can’t say enough good things about this company. From the moment I called, they were professional, responsive, and genuinely cared about helping me not just getting the job done quickly. Scheduling was easy, and they showed up exactly when they said they would, which is rare these days. Review King Rooter: I will never use these guys again for anything. Jeff Lane says he’s a master plumber and maybe he is but not a very good one. He couldn’t identify the real problem, just sold his relining which wasn’t actually the problem we had. We paid extra to start on a weekend day to compress the timeline to minimize disruptions to our operations for an entire week. Their crew crews showed up at 10 AM every day for the entire week.
