I am so glad I called King Rooter & Plumbing, after dealing with several different plumbing companies for over 3 yrs. for a drain problem with my washer. Nobody new what they were doing and finally I talked to Robert, a manger at King Rooter and he sent out Dan to help me. Dan new exactly what what was going on after he lowered his camera, the drain was too small!!! But no other plumbers after 3-4 miserable years ever picked up on it. The crew called ahead and showed up early. At the home they confirmed the problem was a toilet wax ring and honored the over the phone quote. I called 7 plumber shops. Some refused to give a quote over the phone. Their price was the lowest. Our home is 30 years old and had the old valve shutoffs and fixed water supply lines. Dominique and crew advocated going to a braided line and a 1/4 turn valve. They worked we me on the pricing. With the plumbers in position, I elected to fix all of the valves/lines in our home.
