The worst insurance agency I've ever used. The worst part was that during the renewal process, I discovered that due to their error in setting up the policy, for 11.5 months of the 12 month policy, I didn't have the liability coverage that I thought I had purchased. The renewal process was virtually non existent and the employees unprepared. They stopped replying to e-mails regarding policy cancellations once I decided to go elsewhere.
