Had a terrible experience. Booked our July vacation in January. Arrived to find a letter telling us that they had overbooked and put us in a less desirable condo. Black mold in the shower, rusted washer and dryer. We did get our money back but would love to know when the other party booked our condo. The people seemed to be good friends with the office manager. Would have been nice to receive a phone call apologizing.
This is my rented apt's landlord. Has been since mid-March. When the heat wave came - my A/C died. I started to call for help in early June. Four weeks later I brought in an official complaint letter to their office. What did I get in return? Yelling, the owner's door slammed right into our family's faces (including my son of 6), and threats to call the police (which I welcomed). And he did call the Sheriff... These guys are GREAT!! Definitely the most helpful, and nicest realty office you will find!! I highly recommend Vincent and his awesome staff.
