I’ve lived here for over two years, and I love the building, the location, and the people! The hallways are always clean, and Teya keeps everything smelling fresh and looking great. Nick is quick to respond whenever maintenance is needed. Lindsey in the office is amazing—easy to talk to, understanding, and personable, but she definitely stands on business when it comes to rent payments. Office manager lindsey is very rude tried talking to her about complaints made about me and she cussed me out on the phone while i was being nice and friendly would not recomend renting from these slum lords
I have been renting here for 4 years and I love it! The office manager, Lindsay, and the maintenance man, Nick, have been more accommodating than I could ever hope for! I am grateful to have such a great place to live!
Living in an apartment from King Rentals has been the BEST experience I have ever had renting from anyone! If there was ever a problem they would fix it right away. I have a basement apartment that was often very humid in the summer. I asked them if they could do anything and the brought me a dehumidifier! Problem instantly solved!
