I ordered sod and had it installed by Houston Sod. King Ranch Turfgrass was apparently their supplier. 2 months after installation, and after I fully paid, I receive a threatening letter from King Ranch Turfgrass saying I owed them $1420. I learned this was an auto-generated letter sent out to hundreds of customers. The letter even said they're going to put a lien on my property for something I paid for 2 months ago. I requested a pallet for picking up and they sold it I called them 2 day for preparing my labor and just “I’m Sorry we sold it”

I went this morning for getting a pallet that previously i had órdered And when i arrived the lady just said "Im sorry It was sold" For what reason you requested my cc info and for what reason you said " for thursday should be ready". The manager just talking By the phone and nevera said nothing::: Very disappointed.
