Bought a new JohnDeere lawn tractor at Lowe's because of the Veteran discount and lowes account. Had a oil leak the first time I used it. Called Lowes and let the phone ring for 10 minutes with no answer. Called KR ag and turf. Leslie at the service department was very pleasant and made arrangements to get my mower fixed. They answer the phone and if they miss your call they call you back. I will be doing all my future business for anything JohnDeere related there.

Had an awesome experience thanks to Ciara Almeida. Not only did she get me an awesome deal on the mower I wanted. She personally delivered it to me and kept me updated through out the whole process. Would definitely give them my business again in the future!
