I have already reported this case to IRCC. When I was there for a manicure, I spoke with one of the staff members and learned more about what’s really happening behind the scenes. Linda, the business owner, pays her employees below minimum wage. She issues cheques that reflect the legal wage, but then forces the staff to return part of the money in cash.
