You get to choose your color of exterior latex paint, style, type of siding and roofing, the type, size and location of your windows and doors. I just bought a 10x12 storage from jack King and it is very well built building. I have some experience with construction so I know when a building has been constructed well. The price was also reasonable. They delivered it and set it up. Could no be more pleased with the whole experience. Diana
