Bottom Line: Buy from the King! Christopher was awesome to work with. Great communication throughout the sales process, informative, but never pushy. He personally delivered my first pinball machine (a used D&D Tyrant's Eye) yesterday and helped get it all setup for us. He patiently walked through both the configuration front end, internal operations, and maintenance notes I might need down the line. Whether it's helping solve the occasional, inevitable problem with a game, purchasing additional parts, or just talking about gameplay, they're there to help. Great family owned small town business to deal with. Christopher helped me purchase a game over the phone, very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Christopher and Norb delivered and set up the game the very next day. They were very personable, took the time to make sure I understood the machine and made the experience a great one!!
