I've known Jim of Kingpiers for several years now. Jim is an awesome businessman but he's a horrible and ruthless human being.
Jim King understands that when it comes to foundation repairs, the homeowner wants to know that the work his crew does will fix the problem for good. Video of projects and diagrams of piers (easy to find on website) and straight forward agreements helped me understand what I was getting for the price.
