I've known Jim of Kingpiers for several years now. Jim is an awesome businessman but he's a horrible and ruthless human being.
Jim King understands that when it comes to foundation repairs, the homeowner wants to know that the work his crew does will fix the problem for good. Video of projects and diagrams of piers (easy to find on website) and straight forward agreements helped me understand what I was getting for the price. Jim K*** & his crew installed a French drain in my backyard approx 99 ft long, they checked and sealed any cracks/leaks in the walls & floor in my downstairs bedroom where there was water damage. It was a huge undertaking. After completion, heavy and continuous rain had created a few issues due to the rain washing away the dirt that was put down. This is the professional response you get from the owner, Jim King, when you go with another company. My advice, stear clear of this hot head..... Your gonna love the anchors lol. Not. You'll know why my system is the best in short time. No worries in my end. You'll get what you pay for. I tear that system out monthly. You wanna throw your money away, I could care less. I was given their name as a recommendation from someone I know and the owner is a super great guy who knows his stuff. we were having major basement issues with water coming in and his crew is the best.
