I had braces on my teeth for a while and I tell you when the day came for my braces to be removed I was so happy of the wonderful work Dr. King had done to make me smile again. I recently finished my treatment after enduring two years with this clinic, and I feel it’s important to share my genuine experience. First and foremost, I found the staff at King Orthodontics to be unprofessional and lacking in proper communication. This office is so unprofessional and liars. Front desk staff is the worst I’ve ever encountered. I have asked FOUR times about why my insurance claim was not filed. I was told Lisa King would call me on Saturday because she worked the polls on Friday. Saturday comes and she did not call. They deserve well below one star.
