I recently finished my treatment after enduring two years with this clinic, and I feel it’s important to share my genuine experience. This office is so unprofessional and liars. Front desk staff is the worst I’ve ever encountered. I have asked FOUR times about why my insurance claim was not filed. I was told Lisa King would call me on Saturday because she worked the polls on Friday. Saturday comes and she did not call. They deserve well below one star.
I love Kings Orthrodontics everyone is so nice and helpful my son has been a patient for some yrs & now I’m a patient great customer service ❤️❤️
Dr. King, Markeetia, and Maria are always a pleasure to interact with. It’s been almost 2 years since my last appointment (I’m in college and don’t live in Durham) Dr. King made me feel right back at home after over a year of not being treated. He explained my next steps and I told him I will be obedient from here on out lol. Everyone in the office is so nice and kind, and might I add, funny! They will make you laugh and you will enjoy your appointment. I highly recommend King Orthodontics for your orthodontic care!
