They said my parents cadillac dts had a cracked block, broken window,etc. Lucky their son knows about repairing cars. One of the hoses was loosened up to represent a coolant leak(cracked block). And the rear window was unbolted from the track. The person in charge of this should be thrown in jail. I just wonder how many times they got away with this. Never trust the king.
Horrible service do not buy a GMC or Cadillac. No professionalism in this dealership have been waiting over an hour to speak to the service manager who is jerking me around now I’m trying to speak to the general manager and still waiting. My car has been in service three times for the same problem ridiculous and not one person to talk to. Seven people behind the desk in the service department and only one person can deal with an issue Mike , the service manager, who is nowhere to be found try to contact the general manager. ... read more
