Brought my new (used) 2012 SRX for a look over as well as address some minor yet irritating electrical issues that a vehicle this age sometimes develops despite being pretty well maintained by the previous owner. Not only did service compliment the condition of the vehicle but they addressed all of my concerns rapidly and with complete professionalism. I even received a complimentary car wash in addition to my experience with Rose and the veteran tech who was exceptional.
They said my parents cadillac dts had a cracked block, broken window,etc. Lucky their son knows about repairing cars. One of the hoses was loosened up to represent a coolant leak(cracked block). And the rear window was unbolted from the track. The person in charge of this should be thrown in jail. I just wonder how many times they got away with this. Never trust the king.
