It was quick and easy to setup my appointment. The staff were able to fix my car with minimal issue and it was all covered under my warranty. They were very transparent with me about the entire process which due to the severity of my repair was super helpful and made the entire thing not stressful in anyway.
I went to another service center and they didn’t know what they were doing and how to work on a diesel. King o rourke fixed it in a couple of days. Meanwhile the other service center they couldn’t fix it been going back for almost 8 months.
Quick and easy and very nice people.
Drove all the way to the dealer for an 8am service appointment, after confirming with the dealer the day prior I arrive for the appointment to be told the recall was already cleared so I worked around a busy work morning for no reason what so ever. Useless customer service all around at this dealership.
