Just one month after purchasing my Sierra PU I was rear ended resulting in many thousands of dollars in damage. Nothing but great things to say about Rich and his staff! They understand the concept of customer service and always answer or return your phone calls and emails. Originally went to Rich to repair a door ding I got in a parking lot on my 23 Sierra. Can't even tell that there was a ding and the door was repainted! Was worried about paint matching as I have a tri-color metallic paint but that wasn't a problem for them! The side of my car was all dented from a hit and run and King O'Rourke did a perfect job fixing it. The entire process with their management was seamless and they were in constant communication with me on the status of my car. Highly recommended.
king orourke did a great job on my Jeep! I had a few scratches on it and they made them absolutely disappear.. my car looks brand new again!
