The level of professionalism displayed by the staff here is astounding — and not in a good way. DO NOT GO HERE!!! They charged me for a co-pay for a consultation that was covered by my insurance. Then when I confirmed with my insurance I was covered I contacted them again for my refund they lied 🤥 specifically a staff member named Brit and said the insurance company told them I was not covered. I asked her to call again and confirm the exact code and she said she would and call me back. A week later still no phone call. This place is a joke. I called for a gingivectomy. Filled all the pre-forms and went to the appointment only to be told by the doctor that although he does gingivectomy he felt others were better than he is at sculpting and if he did it he couldn't guarantee that it would be asthetically pleasing. That being said I said I didn't feel comfortable with a doctor that was not comfortable in his ability and to return my copay (which he did). I was a little nervous about getting all four of my wisdom teeth removed, but the experience ended up being much smoother than I expected. I was heavily sedated, and Mr. King and the rest of the staff talked me through each step beforehand explaining what was coming next. They even cracked a few jokes which helped calm my nerves as I was getting settled and the IV was placed in my arm The last thing I remember was around 11:50 a.m and I woke up about 12:30 p.m completely done!! Yesterday, I had to have a tooth, the second one next to my left front tooth removed, when I tell y'all I felt nothing, granted I was sedated. But post surgery, no pain, minimal swelling, and I feel great. Thank you Dr King and staff you were all so amazing, professional, understanding and A+ at what you all do.
