This is a terrible business. Everyone must first pay for a Consultation then wait weeks for approval from your insurance to get service. Meanwhile you in pain and the Doctor is terrible.
Tbh I was nervous about my wisdom tooth removal appointment. Especially after reading a few reviews. Hands down this was one of the best experiences I've ever had. Dr. King is awesome. I was laughing through my procedure as he was communicating. He made my procedure very comfortable. Thank you and your staff for excellence service. I will refer all my friends and family. 10 stars
I was not pleased at all with my consultation! The front office staff and treatment coordinator were pleasant. That physician yuck, extremely short, not personalable, and to top it off he didn't introduce himself. Not sure if that's always his demeanor, but really cold. Needless to say I will be going elsewhere for my extractions!
Terrible place. My daughter was complaining of biting her cheek often so we were referred for a consultation for a wisdom teeth extraction. Front desk was nice, but oral surgeon just said it was a chewing problem and she needs to be careful when she chews. My child is a teenager she knows how to chew and it was causing her pain and accidental cheek biting. They did not listen to her and his attitude was as if he didn't want to be there. They required a $94.52 deposit for this consultation and never returned it claiming that ... read more
