Yesterday, I had to have a tooth, the second one next to my left front tooth removed, when I tell y'all I felt nothing, granted I was sedated. But post surgery, no pain, minimal swelling, and I feel great. Thank you Dr King and staff you were all so amazing, professional, understanding and A+ at what you all do. Ridiculous policy that the person escorting a patient cant leave the office. The front desk lady told me go use the restroom now because I won't be able to leave. The office temp is on zero. Not a comfortable temperature for people that have no choice but to sit here. I've never had a office to tell you you cant leave for bathroom or food nor phone usage. Sadly, these guys seem to be the only oral surgeons who take Dominion National HMO. (Dominion National HMO is incorrect about who takes them.) After multiple back and forth with them in which I was clear that I had driven to Rockville to fetch a thumb drive of a Pano from the endodontist who had done a root canal back early '24, I arrived today and was informed they refuse to accept thumb drives.
