Ridiculous policy that the person escorting a patient cant leave the office. The front desk lady told me go use the restroom now because I won't be able to leave. The office temp is on zero. Not a comfortable temperature for people that have no choice but to sit here. I've never had a office to tell you you cant leave for bathroom or food nor phone usage. Sadly, these guys seem to be the only oral surgeons who take Dominion National HMO. (Dominion National HMO is incorrect about who takes them.) After multiple back and forth with them in which I was clear that I had driven to Rockville to fetch a thumb drive of a Pano from the endodontist who had done a root canal back early '24, I arrived today and was informed they refuse to accept thumb drives. This is a terrible business. Everyone must first pay for a Consultation then wait weeks for approval from your insurance to get service. Meanwhile you in pain and the Doctor is terrible.
Tbh I was nervous about my wisdom tooth removal appointment. Especially after reading a few reviews. Hands down this was one of the best experiences I've ever had. Dr. King is awesome. I was laughing through my procedure as he was communicating. He made my procedure very comfortable. Thank you and your staff for excellence service. I will refer all my friends and family. 10 stars
