Been doing service work for roughly 30yrs and i have dealt with allot of propane companies over the years! Hands down Kings is by far the best. Very quick had us a new tank installed with in a 24hr turn around. I dont generally leave a review but they truly deserve a 10 star rating. Also i might add they service allot of our customers and all seem extremely happy. I was with ferrel gas and if i could give a negative 5k stars i would. Kings now has my business and it will stay that way.
I have been using them for 3 seasons and it seems to just get worst! The prices are great but the service is way below average at best! We are on a keep fill or keep full, but yet I have to call someone every timewe get to the 20-30% Which then is basically a entire fill up every time they come out which cost me more then the budget?...Karen is awful and well I see Tony the driver almost daily within about 3 miles of my place!!
I like being able to pay and order propane online.
