He was always available to answer our emails and phone/text questions, as well as to handle on-site visits in New York. His team was neat and punctual. The young gentleman, let's call him Jason, picked up his phone immediately and was able to arrive promptly. This was excellent for me as my WiFi and other appliances were connected to that particular outlet. Jason was courteous, proficient and the fee he charged was quite fair. Working with this electrician service was a breeze. They were able to dispatch Maurice to our place in New York within 48 hours of reaching out to them (our electrical issue wasn't urgent).
