Been going here for years. the worst place ever!!! If you want to have to call to get your results way after theyre done, then go somewhere else. Jessica is a joke and a half as a doctor. Doesn't care about your health. Doesn't care about following up or communicating anytging. Jessica goes on vacation for a week, you think she would manage another doctor to read my results? Instead I was going to have to wait 2 weeks from the day of my test, for a UTI!!!

I had a really disappointing experience with the front desk at King of Prussia Medicine. When I walked in, the front desk woman was sitting on a personal phone call (on her cellphone) and didn’t acknowledge me at all. Instead, she had another staff member help me—even though it was obvious that the other employee was already busy and actually doing all the work. Great primary care provider. I can always count on the office and my provider to get everything done that I need. Highly recommend Jessica Gerloff and the staff!
