RecommendedI was stopped by Enzo at the Sapphire kiosk and I am NOT a person that purchases from kiosks. However, he convinced me to try their hot brush. It was amazing!! I actually purchased it and I am excited!! Great customer service and very engaging....
You seriously need to do something about your kiosks especially Sapphire flat iron people. They are very aggressive especially the guy. I was there today and gave everything not to flip on him. They keep at you even if you say no. I said no not interested though I really just wanted to looked at one. I told him I don't allow no one but my hairdresser to touch my hair. He said" I'll show you how to use it still get credit." And at the worse location outside Build a Bear. I had to dodge them like twice. Come on get it together... read more
Went there for the first time yesertday and all i can say is wow!!! The mall is experince and glad i didnt get lost had a fun time!!
It's huge! So many department stores and specialty shops. I usually only go to the Apple Store, though!
Sapphire had outstanding customer service. They did a great job demonstrating the ionic heat brush. They did such a great job demonstrating the ionic heat brush on my daughter's hair that we had to purchase it. The sales person, Enzo had a dynamic personality and it was obvious that he is very passionate about selling these different hair products.
Omg i love GoldStlye sapphire flat irons, and moroccan hair syrum. Has my hair slaying every time thanks to Christiano!!!! The best!!!!!!!
