David is a “Top Notch “ professional. My experience with him was nothing short of AMAZING. He guided me and my daughter through the tedious loan processes, he stayed on top of all the loops and turns, he found the perfect loan that worked for our situation. He explained everything to us with patience and expertise and kept us abreast of everything so there were no surprises. It was a great overall experience and I would seek his services again no questions asked and I would refer him to my friends and family!
My husband and I had a wonderful experience with David King. He was thorough and fully engaged in our loan needs from start to finish, he really took the time to explain everything so we felt confident and informed. We also have (2) small babies, demanding jobs, and schedules but he stayed flexible and always respected our time. We really appreciated his support and commitment throughout our home loan process.
